I imagine a world where people live and thrive with engagement in perfect alignment with their purpose, deeply understanding their true selves and how to manifest into the world with authenticity. I work with people who want to become more of who they really are. I support the seekers who want to go deeper.
I am not the map maker, I am a fellow traveler. I believe deeply in the transformative power of psychedelic medicine. I am an Integration, Leadership, and Life Coach (with professional training) working with people who use entheogenic medicine to develop their own capacities and truer versions of themselves.
Trip Integration Coaching
Who are you now? What will you bring back from your trip? How will you integrate the learnings and self discovery from your experience into your everyday existence? Integration coaching is all about taking a new mindset, a new way of being, and new realizations into your new post-trip life. A significant psychedelic experience has the potential to be one of the most impactful experiences someone might go through in their life.
During the experience our neural processes, thought patterns, and mindset can be temporarily altered. After having an experience the most significant effects subside in days, and more subtle effects wane after a few weeks. In order to permanently adopt the mindset and learning from the psychedelic experience, or to solidify newly accessed parts of your identity, intentional integration work must take place. I work with people to process and integrate their powerful learnings, new mindsets, self healing, and important insights from the psychedelic experience into their everyday lives.
Trip Planning
Are you considering using psychedelics for personal growth, exploration, or healing? I work to coach people who want to plan a safe trip, preparing for what to expect. We find ways ahead of time to set up the experience for maximum safety and learning. The coaching work in this phase involves discovering and putting in the work needed to mentally, spiritually, and logistically prepare for a psychedelic journey. Please note: I do not advise clients or offer advice on whether a psychedelic journey may be right for them.Trip Guiding
I offer my services as a trip guide or trip sitter, focusing soley on support, safety, and logistics of a curated psychedelic experience.Confidentiality is of extreme importance to my clientele and myself. I coach by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics which contains a strict confidentiality clause. I requie an active, signed Coaching Agreement between the client and myself for any coaching services. I work with people 35 years of age or older.
The 2024/2025 rate for Trip Integration Coaching and Planning is $165 for a 50 minute video call session. Guiding rate available upon request.
